Laurie had a good day yesterday! She is able to eat all her milk and keep it down. Laurie's white cell count was still high and she is still on an antibiotic. However, the doctors say she is not showing any signs of infection. The doctors continue to lower her ventilater for a little while and then raise it back up. Doctors say that it will help to wing her off the ventilater in the future. We got her first bag of dirty clothes to wash. Well, it was a blanket! :)Laurie had a good night last night! Leah and Todd stayed up all night at the hospital with Laurie and are at the townhouse sleeping! Pray, they will rest well this morning. Leah is still pumping every three hours and Laurie is able to hold all her milk down! Thanks again for your Prayers! Please continue to pray for Laurie, Leah, Todd, and Cole!
We Love all of you!

Praying Laurie's white blood cell count lowers, and that she will successfully come off the ventilator soon. Praising God that she is able to eat, keep her food down and that she's not showing any signs of infection! Praying Leah and Todd are able to rest with ease, that they continue to stay strong, mentally, physical and in their faith. Praying they feel the Lord holding them in HIS Loving hand,& that they feel comfort from the Holy spirit. Praying that Cole will continue doing well with (all) the adjustments he's encountering, that he will be comforted and have peace while his parents and baby sister are away. Praising the Lord for all he has done, giving HIM all the glory for the accomplishments Laurie has made, Praising HIM for Laurie's faithful praying family, for all praying friend's,and for all the stranger's that are calling on the name of our Heavenly Father, our Lord and Savior for the healing of this precious baby. God Bless y'all. Thank you for keeping us updated on your little Angel! I always say "if you don't believe in miracles then explain the birth of a child" Who else could take flesh from our flesh, joy from our joy, life from our love and create a child? God and him alone! I can't to hear the (complete) testimony the Lord has and will continue providing from the life of this precious baby.

Leah,

I received an email this morning from Melissa (Maddox) Glavan with a link to your blog. I just wanted you to know that my family and I are all praying for you, Todd, and your precious baby girl. She is adorable! Seeing your pics reminds me of my daughter in the NICU. She, like Laurie, was very strong right from the start and had no real problems to speak of. She gained weight quickly after we got her home and by her three month checkup, the doctor said she was no longer treating her as a premie. She had caught up! I am sure Laurie's story will be very similar. I will keep checking this blog for her progress. God bless you and your family!

Todd and Leah,
I have been praying for you and your wonderful family. I believe that God works miracles and he has proven that once again with the beautiful baby I saw in the pictures. I pray that Laurie will continue to grow stronger each day.
